RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
ONLINE RETURN POLICY / ACCEPTING DELIVERY
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care at (022) 6111 0000 or e-mail us at email@example.com, mentioning your Order Reference Number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
In the event you received a product in a damaged/defective condition you will have an option for Exchange or Refund. You have to contact our Customer Care at (022) 6111 0000 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your request specifically mentioning your option of Exchange or Refund.
Merchandise received in damaged/defective condition only are eligible for Return or Exchange.In the event you received a product in a damaged/defective condition, you will have to contact our Customer Care at (022) 6111 0000 or e-mail at email@example.com within 3 days for request of exchange. After receiving the returned goods we will make replacement depending on the availability of the stocks. If the stock is not available, a refund will be issued in terms of the Credit Points in your account on www.lylablanc.com. We will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item, if we are unable to exchange or replace the item.
For order cancellations before product has been shipped:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped i.e. within 24 hrs of the order placement, we will refund the entire amount as a credit to your lylablanc.com account. If you would like to request a cancellation, you will have to call our Customer Care at (022) 6111 0000 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For order cancellation after product has been shipped:
If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please intimate our Customer Care at (022) 6111 0000 or e-mail us at email@example.com for cancellation of order. In this case, the refund amount will be credited to your lylaabanc.com account after deducting shipping charges to & fro.
In the event you receive a product in damaged/defective condition and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Care at (022) 6111 0000 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days and inform us about the same with your Order Reference No.
We do not accept returns of product that has been fully/partially lost or damaged by the customer.
The exchange/refund will be issued when the product is received, inspected & approved by our QC team. The refunds will take a minimum of 6-7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by us at our below mentioned address.
- Post receipt and approval of goods a confirmation will be sent to the customer on the status of the request placed by the customer on the communication details provided to us.
- Exchange/Return process will be initiated, subject to your return have meet the requirement of being unused and in Original Packing.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Cash on Delivery items
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by Logistics service provider
- Package refused by recipient
- Products returned in a used & damaged condition
- In case of minor design and color variations. With Hookahs there will be some variation in color between the products you see online and products you get in hand.

All return/exchange products must be in unused condition, in their original box & includes all packing material, manuals & all accessories. Customer cannot return any product purchased online at our Retail stores, similarly vice versa.
Use of Credit Points
When the merchandise is received by lylablanc.com, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall initiate the process of refund/exchange within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
